HPL

Cladding

High Pressure Laminate (HPL) is a high-pressure composite sheet material and excellent for use in clean rooms as wall and ceiling cladding thanks to its unique properties: scratch- and impact-resistant,  electrically insulating, easy to process and assemble. Available directly from stock as wall, ceiling and interior cladding in thicknesses 4, 6 and 10 mm.

This cladding is composed of triturated eucalyptuswood fibres and thermosetting resin, which is assembled under high temperature and pressure as a core board to be subsequently laminated on both sides with a melamine resin-impregnated decorative paper also finished under high temperature and pressure.

Thanks to its ultra-high density and physical properties, this cladding with its most stringent waterproof-, mould-resistant- and antibacterial specifications almost fully meets the set requirements for use in conditioned environments.
